How can I get started?
Log in with Google, Facebook, Apple or Aquarius. Link your Dropbox or Google Drive account, you can keep using it without re-uploading your files in a different space.
What type of audio files can I upload?
You can upload any type of files generally accepted as being ‘audio files’. The list includes but is not limited to: wav, flac, aac, aiff, mp3, m4a.
Do Sienna Sphere app and web app own the rights to tracks I upload?
Absolutely not. Sienna Sphere app and web app do not retain the rights to distribute in marketing, sell, or license any uploaded content. Sienna Sphere app and web app retain is your permission to share and send your tracks to the people you explicitly say should have access to them.
How many collaborators can I invite?
You can share your projects with whoever you wish if you’ve subscribed to thee ‘Essential’ or ‘Studio’ plans. They can use it for free as collaborators. If you are using the ‘Free’ plan, you can invite up to 10 collaborators for each project.
Is Sienna Sphere app available for Android?
Not yet. The Android native version will be released soon. Meanwhile, you can access the web app from your Android device.
Can I link Sienna Sphere app and web app with my Google Drive?
You can use Sienna Sphere to directly access your files on Dropbox and Google Drive* prior authorization, work on them and then re-upload them to their respective cloud storages. All of this from within Sienna Sphere.
*At the moment Google Drive is only available for use with a space dedicated to this app solely. You will be able to upload and download content that has been handled by Sienna Sphere App only.
Will I have to pay for Sienna Sphere APP?
You do not have to pay anything if you subscribe to the ‘Free’ plan. If you are using the ‘Essential’ or the ‘Studio’ plan, the payment frequency for your subscription depends on the plan you choose to subscribe to. We offer three payment options: monthly, every six months, and annually. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Check out our Plans
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
How do I change my subscription plan?
You can change your subscription plan by visiting your account settings on our website. Select the desired plan and follow the prompts to make the change.
